Founder of UPIS and Case Manager

Sam: I have been interested in paranormal phenomena ever since I was a child. I have always been a believer in the paranormal and supernatural and decided to become a paranormal investigator after a couple of paranormal experiences of my own. My goal in investigating the paranormal is to eventually assist in proving the existence of ghosts, spirits, etc.

UPIS Members

Paulette (Investigator): I have been fascinated with the paranormal, ever since my best friend died and I had a personal experience. I have always been a "believer" of the paranormal, but after my own experience, it has really opened my eyes to all the possibilities, especially concerning "paranormal behavior". I believe in this field is where my interests lie.

Genese (Investigator): I have never really had any paranormal experiences myself, but I am curious to learn more about it.

Sarah (Investigator-In-Training): I have always had an interest in the paranormal. Growing up I had quite a few experiences, and no one had answers for me. I am very open minded, but can be a little skeptical. As a member of UPIS I hope to help others find the answers they crave. Maybe I will answer some of my own questions along the way.

Steve (Technical Specialist, Webmaster, & Executive Editor): For most of my life I was a dyed-in-the-wool skeptic. Yet I was still drawn to the paranormal because it was something that science couldn't offer rationalizations for that I found to be acceptable. Later, many of my closest friends and family began to relate stories of their own experiences that really compelled me. When finally I had my own encounters with things that I couldn't explain, it was time to re-evaluate things. I became fascinated with coming to an understanding of not only what I had experienced, but also many other unexplained phenomena.

Hannah (Investigator-In-Training & Client Counselor): I [have a M.A. In Professional Counseling], and am working towards a Doctorate in Psychology and a certificate of Spiritual Counselor. I am interested in interviewing people who have had experiences with paranormal activity. I can not claim to be a skeptic, as it seems I have always been a believer in the paranormal. My goal is to assist others in alleviating fears of the supernatural.

Josh (Investigator-In-Training): I am an ever searching skeptic of most things considered paranormal. Through my own experience and studies I have come to the conclusion that not all that happens in this world can be explained or delegated to the realm of what we consider the "here and now". Though I have mixed feelings on the cause or purpose of such occurrences, one thing I am almost sure of is that without a doubt much more than we can see or understand is going on around us every day.
